中等剂量阿糖胞苷治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病的毒副反应观察

摘　　要：用中等剂量阿糖胞苷(IDAra-C,1g/m^2 q12h×6或10)治疗10例急性非淋巴细胞白血病病人,其毒副反应包括发热、恶心、呕吐、脱发、血细胞减少和阿糖胞苷综合征。这些毒副反应均为可逆性并可以耐受。血细胞减少期从治疗开始在7～21天之间,没有发生早期死亡,也没有观察到中枢神经系统的毒副反应发生。我们认为中等剂量阿糖胞苷优于高剂量阿糖胞苷。The patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) were treated with intermediate dose cytocine arabinoside(IDAra-c, lg/m2, 6 or 10). The toxicity including f ever, nausia, vomiting, hair loss,pancytopenia and cytocine arabi-noside syndrome was reversible and tolerable. The pancytopenia period ranged from 7- 21 days, after beginning of treatment, none early death occurred, none central nerve system toxicity occurred We think that IDAra-c is better that high dose cytocine arabinoside.
