摘　　要：本文回顾性分析１７例经手术病理证实的胃恶性淋巴瘤的Ｘ线表现．并将其分为三大类型：（１）肿块型：可表现为单发巨大肿块或多发结节状肿块．伴有粘膜皱襞粗大；（２）溃疡型：表现与溃疡型胃癌或良性溃疡相似；（３）浸润型：病变弥漫浸润类似皮革胃或局限性胃窦狭窄．伴多发糜烂或小溃疡。胃恶性淋巴瘤具有病变广泛．多中心性溃疡、糜烂、肿块及巨大皱襞同时存在的特点．当Ｘ线显示恶性病变征象．而内镜多次活检阴性者．应该想到本病的可能。Abstract cases of gastric malignant lymphoma were analyzed at radiologic findings.which were classified into three types:(1)Tumorous form:simple large tumor or multiple nodular filling defect.(2)Ulcerating form:similized ulcerative cancer or denign ulcrt. (3)Infiltrating form:the whole stomach showed thickening of the wall with narrowing of the lumen or localized antral lumen narrowed with multiple etosive or little ulcer. The gastric malignant lymphoma showed diffusing.multiple center changs that encluding ulceration.erosion.tumor and enlarged folds.When found malignant signs with X-ray and showed negative by diopsy,we should suggest gastric malignant lymphoma.
