选择性肾动脉栓塞术的临床应用

摘　　要：本文报告经导管选择性肾动脉栓塞１０例。其中肾癌８例．肾外伤血尿２例。８例肾癌均为术前肾动脉栓塞，手术证实栓塞效果良好，利于手术剥离和切除，术中出血大为减少。说明术前肾动脉栓塞．对瘤体大．血供丰富．甚至已有肾周侵犯的病例，确有很大帮助。结合本组病例，本文还讨论了明胶海绵栓塞的优缺点及栓塞治疗肾外伤血尿的初步体会。Abstract This article reported 10 cases by transcatheter renal artery embolization(TRAE).including renal cell carcinoma 8 cases and post-traumatic renal hematuria 2 cases.All patients of renal cell carcinoma were performed by pteoperative TRAE.The embolic agent was Golfoam.The fscilitaling nephrectomy.reducing blood loss and decreasing operating time were found at operation.The resnlts were showed that TRAE is helpful to the operation with large.hypervascular tumor.especially the tumors invaded the adjacent renal tissue.This paper discussed as well the initial experience with therapeutic embolization of traumatic renal hemorrhage.The authors suggested that tenal aratery embolization is simple,safe and effective in treatmant for traumatic renal bleeding and considered to be a alternative to operation.
