摘　　要：本文介绍了以菜油中的芥酸为原料合成环十三酮、环十三内酯、环十五酮、环十五内酯和环十六酮的新路线，并对某些关键反应进行了一些改进和新的探讨。Several macrocyclic musk compounds:cyclotri decanone,cyclotride-canolide,cyclopentadecanone, cyclopendecanolide,and cycloheptadecanone are synthesizedstarting from erucic acid seperated from rapeseed oil.PTC is used in the oxidation of erucic acid to brassylic acid by KMnO4,and raises the yield greatly.
