摘  要:芦苇营养苗端在发育过程中始终保持原套原体结构,原套由两层细胞组成。叶原基发生的最初标志是对原基发生位点的两层原套细胞首先进行平周分裂.叶舌发生始于苗端倒数第10间隔期幼对内侧,由幼叶原表皮细胞及其内侧的基本分生组织细胞共同发育而来。最初的腋芽原基发生于苗端倒数第3间隔期幼叶叶腋内.发生早期出现壳状区结构.壳状区原分生组织表面两层细胞由两层原套细胞衍生而来,不仅能进行垂周分裂,还能进行平周分裂。休眠前夕,芦苇营养苗端的原始细胞区还可通过PAS加铁矾苏木精染色显示出来.芦苇营养苗端的淀粉消长规律与其分区结构以及苗端的器官发生均有密切的相关性.越冬前夕,芦苇冬芽生长锥、幼叶中所积累的大量淀粉粒及幼叶中所积累的油滴均有助于增强冬芽的抗寒性.Tunica-corpus structure of the vegetative shoot apex of P.communis can always be distinguished during its developing period. The tunica is double layered. The firstsign of leaf primordiμm development is the periclinal divisions of the tunica cells at the site ofleaf initiation. The first ligules is initiated during 10th plastochron by adaxial protoderm andground meristem of young leaf. The earliest lateral bud primordiUrn arises in the axial of thethird young leaf from the apex,and a shell zone is appeared at the early stage of its initiation.Before the period of dormancy,the initial cells of the winter bud shoot apex of P. communiscan be revealed by the staining method of PAS--heamatoxylin. It is found that the regularityof growth and decline of starch grains are closely related to the zonal structure and organogenesis of the vegetative shoot apex.
