儿童弱视治疗的196例临床分型

摘　　要：采用综合疗法、光栅疗法、常规遮盖或药物压抑疗法、后象疗法及反转遮盖法,对196例(252只眼)儿童弱视进行治疗。视力情况治疗前、后相比较,统计学处理有显著性差异,P<0.001。本文还分析了年龄与弱视的关系,弱视患儿如能在早期得到正确治疗,弱视程度越轻,治疗效果越好。One Hundred and ninety-six patients (252 eyes) suffering from amblyopia were treated with combined thropy including, campbe ll's therapy, regullar and rotated occulusion or therapy by penalization and pleoptics. It is suggested that statistical difference is observed between pre-and post-treatment in visual acurty (P<0.001). The role of age-factor played in the causation of amblyopia is discussed.
