摘　　要：本文讨论了微微秒光导开关电路参数对开关响应速度的影响。给出了微微秒光导开关的结构设计和实验结果。本文报道的ＳＯＳ微微秒光导开关输出电脉冲半强宽小于５ｐｓ，电脉冲幅度为ｍｖ量级。The circuit parameters of picosecond photoconductive switch and its effect on response speed are analysed in this paper. The configuration design and experimental result of picosecond photoconductive switch are introduced in the paper too. The FWHM(full width at half maximun)of output electrical pulse of the switch is less than 5ps and the electrical amplitude is on the level of mv.
