用胃镜诊断十二指肠降部病变──附64例分析

摘　　要：在７１４３例胃镜检查中发现６４例十二指肠降部病变，其中乳头及其周围炎性病变３３例（５１．６％）、息肉６例（９．４％）、肿瘤１１冽（１７．２％）、溃疡３例（４．７％）、憩室５例（７．８％），此外尚有异位胰腺、结石、畸形等。提示降部病变并不少见，应将十二指肠降部作为胃镜检查的常规必查部位。The descerding duodenum lesion of 64 cases in 7143 cases were found by gastroscopic diagnosis.Among them, there were 33 cases of papillary and juxtapapillary inflammation (51. 6%),6 cases of polyps(9.4%),11 cases of tumor (17.2%),3 cases of ulcer(4. 7%)and 5 cases of diverticulum (7.8%),et al.This result showed that descerding duodenum lesion was not rare. The author suggested that descerding duodenum should be examined by gastroscopy.
