切向进气道进气门出口流场对产生缸内涡流的影响

摘  要:本文根据在稳流气道试验台上用热线风速仪测得的点燃式发动机常用进气道(直气道和斜气道)进气门出口断面三维速度,计算了每个速度分量产生的缸内角动量及进气过程结束时的缸内涡流比成份、大小及其时间历程,提出了一种根据进气门出口流场分析进气道性能的微观分析方法。In this paper, based on 3-dimentional velocity data around intake valve periphery of typical SI engine intake ports (hodrizontal and sloping directed ports) measured by hot-wire anemometry in a steady flow rig, the magnitudes and compositions of inlet angular momentum flux and swirl ratios at the end of intake process produced by each velocity composition were computed under different inlet valve lifts and distances along the direction of valve axis. A microcosmic evaluation method was provided for evaluating intake port characteristics according to inlet valve velocity profiles.
