摘  要:本文介绍在在喷式柴油机上用热面点火法燃用纯甲醇的试验研究结果。,在采用复合式燃烧系统的X1105型柴油机上进行了燃料喷射系统改进,使发动机燃用纯甲醇时获得了满意的性能,运转平稳,其功率和扭矩达到了原机水平。在中、高负荷时有效热效率高于原机,但在低负荷时还低于原机。试验结果还表明,热面点火系统的设计对发动机性能有着极为重要的影响。This paper reports the results of an experimental study of burning pure methanol by hot-sursurface ignition in a direct injection compression ignition engine which employs a compound combuscombustion system. The fuel injection system was modified to meet the requirements for burning methanol.The experimental results show that the engine gives smooth operation and satisfactory perperformance. Both the power output and torque reach the same levels as those of the original diesel enengine. The specific energy consumption is lower than that of the original diesel engine at medium and high engine loads, but is higher at low loads.The experimental results also show that the design of the hot-surface ignition system is of parparamount importance to the engine performance.
