摘　　要：本文运用农药环境毒理学的基础原理与方法，根据土壤中持留农药的环境行为特征及其向农业水域、农田大气、农作物等定向迁移与环境效应的关系，提出了确定“土壤环境农药允许极限标准”的必要性，以及从事该领域研究的总体设计构思和研究体系。AbstractBased on the relationship between the characteristics of environmentalbehavior of pesticides and their environmental impacts,we suggested thenecessity of establishment of allowable limit standards of pesticides in soils.We also present the overall design al1d the research methodology in theestablishment of the standards.
