摘　　要：应用腹腔镜技术为１例原发性肝癌患者施行了肝叶切除，为２例肝癌施行了肝动脉结扎。结果表明，腹腔镜肝脏肿瘤切除及肝动脉结扎具有术后疼痛轻、住院时间短、恢复快、并发症少等优点，值得推广。Abstract:Hepatectomy in one patient and hepatic artery ligation in two patients had been performed successfully by laparoscopic technique for treating primary liver cancer. The results indicated that laparoscopic resection of liver tumor and ligation of hepatic artery were Practicable operation with minimal postoperative pain, short hospital stay, early return to normal activity and less complications.
