车身装焊线传送机构浅析

摘　　要：车身装焊线传送线分为升降直接送进式、升降托架送进式、往复式、小车升降往复送进式、空中步进往复式、导轨升降往复送进式、自动导向小车（AGV）式等7种。分析了这些传送机构的结构原理及特点；指出了升降自重力平衡系统的平衡方式及确定方法。The auto body assembling and welding lines are classified to seven types:up and down direct conveying,up and down tray conveying,reciprocating type,up and down reciprocating vehicle conveying,suspended inching reciprocating type,up and down reciproca rail conveying and automatic guided vehicle (AGV)type. The construction principle and specific features of the transmitting mechanisms are surveyed,and the balancing form and determination method of self gravitational balancing of up and down system are pointed out.
