3种凝集素受体的表达与肺癌组织学分级关系的探讨

摘　　要：应用亲合组织化学的方法研究３种凝集素受体的表达与肺癌组织学分级的关系。结果表明，西非单叶豆（ＢＳＬ）、花生素（ＰＮＡ）和荆豆素（ＵＥＡ１）的质膜阳性率在鳞癌的各组织学分级之间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０２５，Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０１），且随分级的增加而减少（Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＰＮＡ，ＵＥＡ１的阴性率亦在鳞癌的不同组织学分级之间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０２５，Ｐ＜０．０１），随分级的增加而增加（Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＰＮＡ在腺癌腔膜型的阳性率及阴性反应与腺癌组织学分级的关系有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０２５，Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＰＮＡ受体的检测有助于临床上对肺鳞癌及腺癌的分级诊断，ＢＳＬ和ＵＥＡ１受体的检测则有助于对肺鳞癌的分级诊断。The relation between expression of three kinds of lectin receptors and histopathological grading of primary lung neoplasms was studied with lectin-affinitive histochemical technology.The results showed that the positive rates shown by Bandeiraea Simplicifolia(BSL),Peanut agglutinin(PNA)and Ulex euopaeus agglutininone(UEA)on the plasma membranes in squamous carcinoma grading were obvious different (P<0.25,P<0.01,P<0.01 respectively).They decreased as the histopathological grading increased(grades one and three P<0.05).The negative rates shown by PNA and UEA1 were also remarkably different in the histopathological grading(P<0.025,P<0.01).They increased with the increase of the histopathological grading(grodes one and three P<0.05).PNA lined along luminal cells and its negative rates were also obviously different in the grading of adenocarcinoma(P<0.025,P<0.05).
