摘 要:采用稀释法,由气相色谱仪分析了煤气总管内发生炉煤气与氦示踪气的混合浓度,随后在实验室建立了一个1/10的物理模型,测量了相当于总管下游取样口处氦示踪物与模化介质的混合不均匀度,据此对总管气样中含氦成分进行了校正,最后得出总管内发生炉煤气真实的流量值。The concentration of the mixture of producer gas and helium labeling gas in the gas main is analysed by dilution method and gas chromatograph. Then a 1/10 physical model is set up in the laboratory and the mixing unevenness of the helium labeling gas and modelling medium is measured, which are equal to the helium labeling gas and modelling medium at the sampling connection. Based on this, the helium content of the gas sample in the gas main is corrected and finally the true flow rate of producer gas in the main is gained.
