海水网箱养殖石斑鱼病原菌研究

摘　　要：从网箱养殖的石斑Ｅｐｉｎｅｐｈｙｅｌｕｓｓｐ．中分离出一种致病菌——创伤弧菌Ｖｉｂｒｉｏｖｕｌｎｉｆｉｃｕｓ。本文报道该病原菌的分离、形态、毒力、生理生化特性。该菌毒力较强，感染死亡率可达８０％以上。Vibrisis is a serious epidemic disease for Epinephelus sp. in cage mariculture.The epidemic occurs annually from June to November in culture farms of Guangdong Province.The diseased fish mainly indicate slow movement, dorsal fin, ventral fin, caudal fin and body rot. They swim near the water surface,have poor appetite or even reject to eat,body colour soon become abnormal until the death of the fish.Morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and virulence studies were conducted on the isolated bacteria. The bacteria isolates were all gram negative,mortality was by a single flagellum, and rod shaped. Oxidase was positive, glucose was fermented without the production of gas,positive for growth at 40℃ and utilization of dgalactose, cellobise, d-gluconate, d-glucuronate, negative utilization of sucrose, heptanotive, γ-aminobutyrate. All strains were sensitive to the vibriostatic agent 0/129 (150μg). thus the pathegenic bacteria were identified as Vibrio vulnificus.
