摘　　要：在ＬｉＮｂＯ＿３中同时掺入ＣｅＯ＿２和ＭｎＯ＿２，生长了Ｃｅ：Ｍｎ：ＬｉＮｂＯ＿３晶体，对晶体的晶格常数和吸收光谱的测试表明，Ｃｅ：Ｍｎ：ＬｉＮｂＯ＿３晶体结构规则，光学性能优良。它的四波混频相位共轭反射率高达９００％以上，且具有相位共轭波温度增强效应。Doping CeO_2 and MnO_2 into LiNbO_3,the Ce : Mn :LiNbO_3 crystal was grown.The measurements on lattice constants and the absorption spectrum show that the crystal structure is regular and the optical properties are good.The phase conjugate reflectivity of four-wave mixing was measured to be higher than 900%;The temperature enhancement of phase conjugation was studied.
