合金贝氏体球铁在高频焊管机轧辊上的应用

摘　　要：合金贝氏体球铁具有良好的综合机械性能，并具有较高的耐磨性，是制造焊管机轧辊的理想材质．试验和生产证明，合金球铁轧辊较ＧＣｒ１５钢轧辊使用寿命提高一倍，而成本则下降２０～３０％．Alloy bainite modular cast iron has excellent comprehensive mechnical properties,with high wear resisting property, is a ideal material to be used for making welding machine rollers. This roller's service life is twice of that of roller made from GCr15, and the cost is only 70～80% of GCr15 roller, experiments and production has certified them.
