摘　　要：本文提出了采用离子交换技术精制糖浆，提高冰糖析出率的方法和工艺流程。此法可获得质量好产率高的冰糖，并具有投资少，上马快的特点。The article has presented the technological process in which syrup is refinedby ion exchange techniqnes to increase the yield of rock stigar. The process results in good quality and high output of rock sugar.It needs less investment and is easy to be put into production.
