摘 要:用原子吸收光谱法测定34例急性白血病患者和40例正常人血清中锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、铜(cu)、锌(zn)、镉(Cd)及全血中Cu、Zn和Mn的含量,观察到急性白血病的ALL组和ANLL组患者血清、全血Cu的含量、铜锌比值(Cu/Zn)显著高于正常人(P<0.001);血清、全血Zn、血清Mn含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.001,P<0.05);血清Ni含量升高仅见于ALL组(P<0.01).血清铜含量升高与合髓白血病细胞增殖有关。he concentrations of Manganese(Mn),Nickel(Ni),cadmium(Cd),copper(Cu),and Zinc(Zn)in werum and Cu,Zn,and Mnin whole blood were determinedby atomtc absorpion sectrophotometry in34 patients with acute leukemiaand 40 normal controls. The mean values of sera Cu and blood Cuweresignificantly higher than that of the controls respectively(P<0. 00 1). The mean values of Znand Mn in serum and blood Zn were significantlylower as compared with the controls respectively(P<0.001,P<0.05).Theratio of Cu and Zn in werum was significantly higher than that ofcontrols(P<0.00 1).The increased content of sera Ni was observed Inlyin patients with acute lymphocyticleukemia. In adition,elevated sera Cucorrelated significantly with the percentage of leukemic cells in bonemarrow(P<0.01).
