1－羟基－2－（2－苯并噻唑偶氮）－8－氨基－3，6－萘二磺酸试剂的应用和性能研究

摘　　要：本文对一新合成的偶氮试剂－１－羟基－２－（２－苯并噻唑偶氮）－８－氨基－３，６－萘二磺酸（ＨＢＡＤ）作为酸硷指示剂及和某些金属离子的显色反应进行了研究。该试剂用做酸碱指示剂，其变色域为５．４０（紫红）－７．００（纯兰），指示剂离解常数ｐＫ＿（１ｎ）。为６．７０（２０℃）。在滴定终点时，变色敏锐。用该试剂作为指示剂对Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４、ＮａＯＨ和ＮＨ＿３Ｈ＿２Ｏ的含量进行丁滴定分析，获得了较满意的结果。该试剂在适当的ｐＨ条件下可和Ｃｕ￣（２＋）和Ｎｉ￣（２＋）等金属离子发生显色反应。he paper reportes results of studies for a new syntheic azo-reahent-1-hydroxy-2-(2-benzothiazolylazo)-8-aminonaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic a cid as acid-base indica-tor and color reagent for some metal ions. The color range of the indica tor is from 5.40 to7.00 and the pkln value of indicator is 6.70 (20°c).At the end of the titration, the color ofthe solution suddeuly changes from violet red to pure blue. The color change is sharp. Thisindicator was applied to titration of H_2SO_4、 NaOH and NH_3· H_2O and good results havebeen obtained,The reagent reacts with Cu￣(2+)、Ni￣(2+) at pH 5.8 and 6.2,forming purple complexwith molar absorptivity of ε_(730)=6,0 × 10￣3、ε_(633)=5.3 × 10￣3
