摘 要:文中报道了用固体培养物冻融法制各根霉蛋白质样品的方法。和常规的菌丝体研磨法相比,该方法设备要求低,操作简便,特别适于供试菌株数量多时进行操作试验结果表明,固体培养物冻融样品的可溶性蛋白和两种同工酶(酯酶和葡萄糖淀粉酶)的电泳图谱对七株供试菌的分辨结果与菌丝体研磨样品完全一致,可用于根霉的分类研究。A solid culture-frozen-melting method for preparation of pioteins from Rhizopus is re-ported,Compared with the usual liquid cultured mycelia-froszn,grinding method, the newone has some advantages such as simple apparatus, easy operation and,especially suitable toalarge number of tested strains. The results shown through comparison of electurophoreticpatterns of soluble proteins and other two enzymes(esterase and glucoamylase)between thetwo kinds of samples of seven tested strains proved that the samples prepatal for the methodhad as good qualitics as the routine and a similar resolution. The results also indicatedthat the electrophoretic patterns could be used as taxonomic criteria in the study of Rhizopusprotein.
