荧光分析法测定食用菌中痕量锗的研究

摘　　要：本文采用灰化─—萃取─—荧光测定方法，研究和建立了实验室常规仪器─—９３０型荧光计进行食物样品中锗元素的荧光测定法。并用日本岛津Ｒｆ—５４０荧光分光光度计进行了对照实验。本法线性范围为０．０１～５．００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，最低检出限为０．００５ｍｇ／ｋｇ。这是一种设备简单，灵敏度高，线性范围宽，选择性好的方法。本法已成功地应用于食用菌中锗含量的测定。In the paper a fluorimetry method for the determination of Germanium was studied and set up by ash extraction fiuorinletry. And the test was compared with Japan shimadzu Rf-540 fluorospectro photometer. The linear range of the method is 0. 01-5. 00mg/kg. The lowest elected limit is 0. 005mg/kg. The method is good at selectivity and sensitivity and is of the broad linear range. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of Germanium in edible fungi.
