摘 要:利用后偶合技术进行组织化学染色,对66例不同肿瘤β-葡萄糖苷酸酶的分布进行研究,发现在上皮性肿瘤中此酶含量丰富,间叶性肿瘤除骨软骨瘤含量少外,其余均呈阳性。β-葡萄糖苷酸酶在瘤细胞中含量及活性顺序为:甲状腺腺瘤、乳腺纤维瘤、甲状腺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌Ⅰ级、胃癌Ⅱ级、肠癌Ⅰ级、胃癌Ⅱ级,肠粘液腺癌、宫颈癌、骨软骨瘤。此外在高分化癌细胞中酶含量丰富,低分化癌细胞中酶缺失。本文还对β-葡萄糖苷酸酶与肿瘤生长的相关性以及种瘤细胞中酸含量的判定标准进行了探讨。Distribution of β-Glucuronidase, in tumor of 66 cases were studied by using histochemical stain with postcoupling reaction. The result showed: There were rich β-Glucuronidase in epitheliomas and tumor of mesenchyme exceping chondrosteoma. The sequence of content and activity of the β-Glucuronidase in oncocytes was thyroid adenoam, fibroma of breast, thyroid cancer, mammary cancer, gradel of carcnoma ventrculi, grade 20f carcnoma ventriculi, gradel of intestinal cancer, grade 3 of carcinoma ventriculi, tumor of intestinal glands, cervical carcinoma and osteoenchondroma. In addition, the β-Glucuronidase in well-differentiated carcinoma was rich. There were no β-Glucuronidase in poor-differentiation carcinoma. The relativity of β-Glucuronidase and growth of tumor, the judgement standard of content of tumor were researched in the report.
