摘  要:通过对27例患胆结石病人的胆囊病理组织学及超微结构的研究,我们发现病变胆囊粘膜上皮和腺细胞内β-葡萄糖苷酸酶(β-GCD)含量增多,且在不同类型的胆结石中以胆红素为主的胆结石胆囊粘膜上皮β-GCD含量增高,以胆固醇为主的混合结石胆囊粘膜上皮β一GCD含量次之,而纯胆固醇结石胆囊粘膜上皮β-GCD含量最少。电镜观察发现胆囊上皮细胞的溶酶体、高尔基体和内质网增生,胞浆中含有大量分泌颗粒。通过研究,我们认为β-GCD在胆结石形成过程中起着主导作用,而且内源性β-GCD在胆结石形成过程中含量剧增,此酶的存在与胆结石,尤其是色素性结石有着密切的内在关系。Twenty-seven cases of the epithelial tissue of gallbadder with cholelithiasis cholecystolithiasis was studied with histochemistry and ultrastructrual pathology.The result showed:The content of B-glucuronidase in dpithelial cells of mucaus coat of gallbladder and glandular cells with cholecystolityiasis raised.E.M.showed that the Endoplasmic reticulum,Lysosome and Golgi body in the injured epithelial cells were proliferated.There were many secretory granules in cytoplasm and intercellular space.The content of B-glucuronidase in epithelium of cholecystitis were different,the order o,f increment were cholesterol calculus, combination calculus and bilirubin calcium gallstone.To our opihon,B-GCD has a main role in forming process of cholelithiasis cholecystolithiasis,especially in th bilirubin calcium gallstone.
