摘　　要：总结５４例骨转移性肿瘤。本组骨转移性肿瘤在同期骨恶性肿瘤中占２８．５７％。年龄好发于３０～５９岁，男女之比１．８４：１。ｘ线表现以溶骨性病变为主。病理类型以转移性腺癌居多，占６２．９６％，原发灶明确的仅占３３．３３％。２年内死亡达７７．４２％。The clinicopathologic features of 54 cases of metastatic tumors in the bone were studied. These cases accounted for 28.57% of all malignant tumors of the bone in the period surveyed. The majority of the patients fell within the age range between 30～59. Nale to female ratio was 1.84:1.The tumors were mostly osteolytic on x-ray films.Histopathologically,the most common type the tumor was metastatic adenocarcinoma (6.96%).In only33.33% of the cases, the sites of the primary growth were identified. Followup observation revealed that most of the patients (77.42%) died within 2 years.
