摘 要:用荧光分光光度法和化学发光法,测定32对健康新生儿及其母亲血清中过氧化脂质LPO、硒和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量并作膳食调查。结果:1.脐血血清中LPO含量低于母血;2.脐血硒含量低于母血,但两者呈正相关;3.脐血SOD活性与母血接近,两者呈正相关;4.孕妇膳食中维生素E摄入量与血清SOD活性呈正相关,硒摄入量与新生儿脐血的LPO呈负相关。研究表明新生儿的脂质过氧化状态较孕母为低,其抗氧化指标与母血成正相关;孕母与新生儿的抗氧化能力与孕母摄入的抗氧化营养素有关。Serum lipid peroxidase(LPO),selenium(Se) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 32 cases of normal maternity women and their new born babies were determined. Maternal and cord blood was collected at delivery. Dietaty survey was carried out by recalling the household food consumption。Results showed: 1)LPO of cord blood was significantly lower than that of maternal blood.2)the Se level of cord was lower than that of maternal blood,the 2 were positively correlated.3)The SOD activities in the 2 sourses of blood were quite similar and were also positively correlated.4) There was a positive correlation between the dietary VitE intake and the serum SOD activity in pregnant women.5)The Se intake in pregnant women and its concentration in the cord blood, however,showed a negative correlation. It was concluded the activity of LPO in the new born was lower than that in maternal blood and that several indices of antioxidation in the 2 sources of blood were positively correlated. Hence,the antioxidant capability in both the mother and the baby was related to the intake of antioxidant nutrient by the pregnant women.
