脐血和某些血液病患者血清中IL_3／IL_3R相关分子──HI_（98）水平的检测及其意义

摘　　要：本文应用酶联免疫吸附方法，研究了一个与ＩＬ３／ＩＬ３受体（Ｒ）紧密相关的分子－ＨＩ９８抗原在正常人外周血、脐血及一些血液病患者血清中的水平，结果发现脐血、慢性粒细胞白血病和杂合性急性白血病患者血清中可溶性ＨＩ９８明显增高，且与疾病的轻重缓急、细胞的分化程度、细胞膜ＨＩ９８＋细胞数量均无关。分析发现与造血干／祖细胞有关。The levels of H198 antigen (IL3/IL3R-related molecule) in the sera of normaldonors cord blood and patients with certain hematologic diseases were studied withELISA. The result showed that the levels of soluble HI98 antigen in cord blood(CB),chroaic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and hybrid acUte leukemia (HAL)were higher than those in the peripheral blood from normal donors(p<0.05). Nocorrelation existed between the levels Of soluble HI98 molecule and seventy of thedisease, cellular differentiation stages as well as the number of membrane HI98+cells. The above results suggested that higher levels of soluble HI98 antigen in CB,CML alld HAI. were closely related with the hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells.
