人白细胞干扰素对鼻咽癌上皮样细胞株细胞周期进程的影响

摘　　要：应用细胞增殖动力学和流式细胞分析术检测入白细胞干扰素对人鼻咽癌上皮样细胞株（ＣＮＥ）的作用。结果表明干扰素抑制ＣＮＥ细胞的增殖，并使ＣＮＥ细胞的ＤＮＡ含量由超三倍体分化成近三倍体类型。用干扰素４００ＩＵ／ｍｌ后，２ｄ内Ｇ２＋Ｍ和Ｇ１时相时间延长；干扰素１２００ＩＵ／ｍｌ用药后２～６ｄ内Ｇ１时相时间长于低剂量组，且用药后２～８ｄ内Ｓ时相时间缩短。因鼻咽癌是以放射治疗为主的疾病，而Ｓ时相细胞对放射抗拒，故干扰素在鼻咽癌的治疗中可能有一定的应用价值。In this experiment,the authors investigated the effect of human leukocytic interferon on the proliferation status and duration of various cell phases in CNE cell strain by cytokinetic methods and flow cytometry.Results showed that the interferon inhibited cell proliferation and induced decrease of DNA content of CNE cells from super-triploidy to near-triploidy. 2 days after adding 400 IU/ml of the interferon,the duration of G2 +M and G1 phases were prolonged;during 2～6 days after giving medicine,the duration of G1 phase was longer in the group gipen 1200IU/ml interferon than that given 400 IU/ml interferon.2～8 days of treatment with 1200IU/ml interferon, the duration of S-phase became shorter.Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a disease mainly treated by irradiation,but S-phase cells are resistant to irradiation,so interferon may be of some practical value in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
