摘  要:对129只小鼠进行低氧(含5%和10%O2)实验,观察小鼠心肌的呼吸酶及超微结构的改变。结果发现,两种氧浓度下即时组小鼠心肌乳酸脱氢酶LLH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)及细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)活性均下降。在个别心肌细胞内SDH、CCO染色出现局部酶染色缺失。电镜下可见即时组小鼠心肌细胞出现糖原颗粒减少、核染色质边聚、肌浆网扩张及线粒体水肿。上述呼吸酶及超微结构改变于1~2周内均恢复正常。In this experiment, we observed the changes of respiratory enzymes sctivities and ultrastructure of mice heart following hypoxic stress. After exposured to 5%O2 and 10% O2 for 6h, the mice respiratory enzymes showed a descent of the activities and this result was also conformed by a measurement of MPV III microspectrophotometer. A few myocardial fibers demonstrated a weaker staining in local cytoplasma. Compared with controls, the chief findings on ultrastructural alterations in myocardial fibers were decrease of glucogen, margination of nuclear chromatin, slight dilatation of sarcoplasmic reticulum and swelling of mitochondria. All changes in light and ultrastructural observations recovered after 1 ̄2 weeks. These resulte suggest that the lesions caused by hypoxic stress for 6h were reversible.
