直肠癌癌旁移行粘膜细胞动力学变化

摘　　要：应用－胸腺嘧啶核苷（３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ）体外双标记放射自显影法、对１５例直肠癌旁移行粘膜与非移行粘膜作细胞动力学的比较观察。结果表明，移行粘膜的标记指数（ＬＩ）与非移行粘膜比差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），在细胞增殖周期（Ｔｃ）和ＤＮＡ合成期时间（Ｔｓ）亦有差别。提示移行粘膜细胞增殖异常，可视为潜在癌前期粘膜。Double labelling of 3H-TDR autoradiography in vitro was applied to observe com-paratively the cell kinetics of the transitional and nontransitional mucosa adjacent tothe tumors in 15 cases of rectal carcinoma. The difference in labelling indexes (LI)between transitional and nontransitional mucosa were statistically significant (P<0. 01)There was also some difference in the time of cytogeneration (Tc) and the time of DNAsynthesis(Ts)between these two kinds of mucosa. The results suggest abnormal cytog-eneration of the transitional mucosa which may be regarded as precancerous mucosa.
