摘　　要：鸭肝Ｎ－乙酰氨基葡萄糖结合蛋白的分离纯化李溪冰，邵东敏，顾建新（上海医科大学生物化学教研室，２０００３２）关键词Ｎ－乙酰氨基葡萄糖结合蛋白；亲和层析动物凝集素作为广泛分布于各种组织及细胞中的能与糖特异结合的蛋白质，其重要性正日益受到重视，对其在体内及...An N-acetylglucosamine binding protein has been purified from duck liver by the affinity chromatography on N-acetylglucosamine-Sepharose 4B and chicken ovomucoid-Sepharose 4B.The purified lection has been identified as a 25 kd glycoprotein by sodium dodecyl polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The lectin can bind N-acetylglucosamine,but not mannose and galactose.The enzymatic analysis suggested that the lectin is not a β-N-acetylglucosaminidase of the cell membrane.
