碘油—微球乳剂填塞治疗肝脏巨大海绵状血管瘤

摘　　要：本文报导２０例经证实的肝脏海绵状血管瘤行肝动脉支插管，用磺油—微球乳剂行肿瘤填塞治疗。其中８例行股动脉插管进行，均能达到碘油沉积、瘤体缩小，纤维化的目的。并对其治疗机理和疗效、Ｘ线征象和瘤体纤维化的关系进行了分析。Based on the study of blood supply for hepatic cavernous hemangioma(CHL),45 patientshad been treated.20 of the mass filling and branch of hepatic artery embolization with Lipiodol Microsphereemulsion had been performed. 8 of 20 were embolization by transfemoral catheterization.All of cases showedLipiodol accumulation and fibrosis in the tumor,with dimrinution in size of the mass.The treatment mecha-nism and effect were evaluated.The relationship between image feature and tumor fibrosis were discussed.
