摘　　要：作者在３６４例门脉高压Ｘ线检查中发现１２例合并纵隔瘤样静脉曲张。较系统地介绍了胸部平片、食道造影、胃冠状静脉造影和ＣＴ表现。同时讨论了本病形成的病理基础和诊断与鉴别诊断。作者认为胸片显示的“双边缘”征象和食道造影出现的浅弧形外压性改变系两种新的有价值的征象，前者由食道旁静脉性肿块与扩张的半奇静脉重叠形成，而后者则由食道旁静脉性肿块所致。ＣＴ在诊断和鉴别诊断中非常有用。Twelve cases of pseudotumoral varices in the mediastinum were found in 364 patients withportal hypertension.The findings of chest film,esophageal radiography,left gastric venography and CT wereintroduced Systematically.At the same time,their pathological basis,diagnosis and differentiated diagnosiswere discussed.The author emphasized that a “double borders” feature on the chest film and a shallow exter-nal pressure on the esophagus are two new valuable features.The former is caused by an overlap of parae-sophageal venous mass and dilated hemi-azygos.The later is caused by paraesophageal venous massespressed on esophagus.CT is very useful in diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis.
