摘 要:本文采用杜氏利什曼原虫四川人分离株前出毛体人工感染家犬11只,按不同感染剂量(1×104~1×108/只)分组并设未感染对照犬2只,骨髓涂片法感染组均查见利什曼原虫无鞭毛体,感染成功。感染前犬血清IgG含量均数为126.59Iu/ml,15周时达192.54Iu/ml,(P<0.05)。说明本试验人工感染L.d前毛体导致了犬IgG的上升。This study reports that 11 dogs were experimentally infected by pcritoneal inoculation of L. donovani Sichlian human isolates (MGOM/CN /90/SCW12 ) ptomastigotes ranged, frin 1×104to 1×108, and 2 dogs were served as controls. After being infected for about 9 weeks, 6 dogs were positive by examillation for the existance of amastigotes by bone marrow smear method.After being infected for 22 weeks, 90. 9% dogs were successfully inflected. At the tirnc beforeinoculation, post' inoculation of 2, 4, 8, 12, 15 and ZI weeks, all dogs. scra were examined for determining the levl of IgG using Beck man immunochemistry immunochen,istry systeTns analyzer 11. respectively.The mean level of. IgG pre infection was 126. 59 In/ml. 4 and fo weeks after infection their lgGlevels became:188. 11 and 192. 54 In/ml respectively. There ic statistical significance bet'veenpred and post-infection (P<0. 05).
