摘　　要：作者对颌骨及外伤术后采用可摘全牙列解剖式垫夹板固定，取得了满意的临床效果。文章讨论了适应证、全牙列解剖式垫夹板的设计及制作方法。AbstractIntermaxillary sationary fixation with hooked and unhooked dental arch splint are usual-ly taken to realine intermaxillary relationships.These methods show the following shortcom-ings: inadequacy in stability,easy-injury of periodental tissue,long-period oral practice. Wehave also used a removable dental arch splint of stationary band to accomplish intermaxillaryfixation after operation of jaws. It′s clinical and labroatory procedures are complex, though itshares a good stability. This article presents a new method: the apply of a removablewhole-dental anatomical occlusal pad after operation of jaws fracture and teeth injury.It justrepuires a simple operation. It′s valuable to be adepted in clincal practice for a good recoveryof function and better appearanec of face.
