摘 要:在多级串联的φ40×1450mm离子交换柱中进行了001×7NH_4^+型阳离子交换树脂吸附谷氨酸的研究。测定了不同床高下液、固相谷氨酸浓度和pH值的分布。研究了液速、料液谷氨酸浓度对交换区高度的影响,确定了吸附率不小于95%的实际操作条件范围内的最大交换区高度为6.08m。首次测定了不同pH、一定NH_4^+浓度条件下的吸附平衡数据,并进行了关联,确定了一定条件下离子交换柱的理论级数。该工作为过程和设备的放大设计提供了初步依据。This paper studies the recovery of GA with 001×7 NH_4^+ form cation exchange resin in a φ 40×1450mm exchane column operated in series, measures the GA concentration profiles in both liquid and solid phases and pH profiles in liquid at different heights of the bed. It also investigates the effect of Liquid velocities and GA concentrations of feed on the height of the exchange zone, and determines the maximum height of the exchange zone which is 6.08m under present working conditions. Under those conditions the adsorbing efficiency is not less than 95%. The equilibrium data are measured at different GA concentrations and NH_4^+ concentrations and are related by Linear regression. The number of the theoretical stages is determined. This paper provides the initial basis for the scale design of the process and equipment.
