经尿道微波凝固治疗膀胱癌的研究──病理形态学和电子显微镜观察

摘　　要：通过动物实验取得微波组织凝固技术安全适宜治疗参数和病理形态学资料后，采用经尿道微波凝固治疗膀胱癌３０例，获满意效果，癌肿标本经病理形态学和电子显微镜观察证实癌组织凝固坏死，破坏彻底。本疗法具有简便、安全、有效、无并发症等优点。This article reports the treatment with microwave tissue tissue coagulation by the transurethral method for 30 patients with bladder carcinoma after its safe parameter and data of morpbological changes were obtained through animal experiments.Degeneration,coagulation,necrosis and thorough destruction in the tissues of bladder carcinoma after local microwave irradiation were detected pathomorphologically and microscopically.The advantages of this procedure were proved to be simple,safe,effective and free of complication.
