溴隐亭治疗女性垂体泌乳素瘤（附99例临床分析）

摘　　要：本文报道了溴隐亭治疗女性垂体泌乳素瘤９９例的疗效，其中单纯溴隐亭治疗６６例，手术加溴隐亭２９例，放疗＋溴隐亭４例，剂量５～７．５ｍｇ／ｄ，１４例加用克罗米酚，１例加用ｈＭＧ－ｈＣＧ。用药后８６．９％患者月经恢复，７１．２％恢复排卵，５８．４％妊娠。产后随诊２２例，１８例仍闭经伴溢乳。本文讨论了溴隐亭治疗女性垂体肿瘤的适应证剂量及辅助治疗。The effect of bromocriptine on 99 cases of Women with pituitary prolactinoma was reported.66 of them received only bromocriptine treatment; 29 were treated with both surgery and bromocriptine and 4 with radiotherapy plus bromocriptine. The dosage of bromocriptine was 5-7.5 ng/d.Clomiphene was also given simultaneously to 14 cases and hMG-hCG to one case.After treatment, 86.9% of the patients resumed menstruation, 71.2% restored ovulation and 58.4% were pregnant.Follow-up in 22 cases after delivery showed that 18 cases still suffered from amenorrhea and galactorrhea with hyperprolactinemia. The indication. and dosage of bromocriptine as well as subsidiary therapies in the treatment of female prolactinoma were discussed in this paper.
