摘  要:应用图像分析技术对40例正常前列腺、BPH、DAD和Pea细胞形态15项参数及DNA定量测定。结果,在Ⅰ—Ⅳ组间、大多数参数及DNA含量,倍体类型百分比均值随细胞增生程度而逐渐递变,符合量变到质变的动态演变过程。将15项参数进行多元逐步差别分析,优选出5项,建立了判别函数,回代判别准确率为100%。认为对细胞形态和DNA进行定量分析,是一种较为可靠的诊断方法,并提示良性增生细胞恶变的潜在性不能排除及不典型增生属癌前病变。We have measured 15 items of parameters of cytomorphology and DNA cytometry by way of image analysis technique in 40 cases of normal prostate, benign prostatic hyperplasia, (BPH) , duct-acinar dysplasia (DAD) and prostatic tumors. The results showed that percentage of the parameters of the cytomorphology and DNA contents, and DNA ploidy had gradually changed with the lever of cell hyperplasia from I to IV groups and presented the evolution from quantity to quality. The 15 parameters were presented multivariate stepwise differentiate analysis. We selected five items of 15 parameters with optimal seeking method, forming differentiate function. The differentiate accurate rate of the reterning generation was 100%. It is considered that cytomophology and DNA quantitative analysis are a comparatively dependable method of diagnosis, and pointed out that the potentiality of cells malignant changes may not be excluded and DAD is premalignant pathologic changes.
