摘　　要：本文研究一类有限连分数展开的部分商数之平均和。所得结果改进了这方面已有的最好工作。This paper studies the average sum of partial quotients of a class of the finitecontinued frartions.A accurate asymptotic formula is given out. It improves upon a well-knownresult due H. Yao and D.Knuth.
