摘　　要：本文把单位国外ｍ叶半纯函数的面积定理，推广到只假定函数在无穷有ｍ级极点情形．并给出面积大于零的充要条件．The area theorem of multivalent meromorphic. functions defined outside the unit disk is extended to the case in which meromorphic functions have poles of order m at infinity only, and sufficient and necessary condition for the area being positive is given.
