小儿急性白血病细胞超微结构、细胞化学及形态定量分析

摘  要:31例小儿急性白血病细胞进行了超微结构细胞化学研究结果表明,电镜下观察超微结构及超微结构细胞化学,有助于发现一些早期分化特征以及少见类型的白血病,超微结构细胞化学较光镜组化更为敏感,髓过氧化物因反应及其定位有助于区别急淋和原粒细胞白血病以及总粒的不同亚型。酸性磷酸酶为急单细胞的早期分化特征,部分病例还做了超激结构形态定量分析,结果表明,急性白血病细胞与非白血病细胞之间核体密度、核比表面有显著性差异。ransmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used in the study in the ultrastructure andcytOchemistry of 3 1 cases childhood acute leukemias. It was concluded that TEM is contributed to findearly differentiation characteristic of acute lukemia cells and rare types of leukemia,such as hairy cellleukemia. The ultrastructural cytochemistry is more sensitive than light microscope histochemistry.MPO is helpful to identify subtypes of AML and to distinguish ALL and AML. AP positive is the earlycharaCteristic of AMOL. In addition,we determined the quantitative variation of ultrastructure in 14cases of ALL, 1 5 cases of ANLL and 7 control cases by using ultrastructural morphometry method.The result shows that volum density of nucleus between ALL and control cases and specific surface ofnucleus between ALL and control cases have significant difference.
