摘　　要：对２５例回盲部肿瘤病例进行分析。重点讨论其诊断及鉴别诊断，尤其对如何提高早期诊断率谈了作者的体会。同时对本病与急性阑尾炎并存的原因、减少本病的误诊误治措施以及治疗原则也进行了讨论。The diagnosis and differential diagnosis for ileocecal tumors were dis-cussed,especially in the field of how to increase the accuracy for the early diagnosis.The reasons for its concurrence with acute appendicitis were anaiysed in detail. The ther-apeutic principles,the methods to decrease opportunities of erroneous diagnoses and in-correct treaments were also discussed in this paper.
