摘 要:各种织物必须经过拉伸强力试验才能确定产品力学性能。目前我国大多数采用杠杆砝码简单办法,这种办法很粗糙,测不准断裂时刻的力,更刻不出加力速度与织物伸长之间关系。本文设计的双单片机控制的织物强力试验机,既可与引进强力机功能相比,又克服了引进强力机的繁复的电气控制设备。从而成倍地降低成本。该试验机不但可测量静态力的试验,也可以测量动态力的试验性能。The mechanic property of fabric can only be determined by pulling strength test. The simple method of level adding weight is usually used in China now. This method is very crude. Neither can it measure exactly the force in time of breaking, nor can it get the relation between the speed of adding force and the ex- tend of the fabric. There are few strength machine importing from foreign country, but the price is too high to afford. The fabric strength test machine controlled by two single microcomputer in this book can compare with the import machine, and it also get rid of the tedious electric controlled equipment to reduce timely the cost. This machine can test not only the static force, but also the running force.
