正中菱形舌炎——附19例临床分析

摘　　要：正中菱形舌炎通常被认为是舌发育畸形所致,两年来我科收治19例,年龄30～67岁。真菌培养鉴定为白念珠菌感染,经临床抗真菌治疗获满意疗效,故认为正中菱形舌炎是白念珠菌感染的一种炎症性损害。患者多为中年人,不支持发育畸形的论点。本病好发于舌背正中人字沟前方的中后部,主要症状为口千、舌痛、舌背乳头萎缩光滑无苔。近年来随着抗生素、激素等药物的广泛应用,发病率有所升高。The median rhomboid glossitis (MRG) had been thought to be the result of the developmental deformation of tongue. Recently we had treated 19 cases, aged 30 to 67 years. Cultures of tongue swabs revealed monilia albicans. Clinical antibiotic treatment had a satisfied curative effect. So MRG must be an inflammatory disease. Monilia albicansinf ection resulted in MRG. The glossitis existed usually in the middle the back of tongue. The main symptom was thirsry and painfui sensation. In recent years, antibiotics and corticosteroids have been so widely used that the incidence of MRG is increasing.
