两种暂基托确定总义齿正中的临床比较

摘　　要：在总义齿修复中,为了准确地试正中(牙合)提高义齿质量,通过31例患者用蜡基托和自凝塑胶基托进行正中(牙合)的比较。结果表明,在齿槽嵴丰满颌关系正常时,两种基托无明显差异,在齿槽嵴低平不正常颌关系时,自凝塑胶基托的固位力与密合度优于蜡基托。还讨论了两种基托试正中(牙合)的选择条件。In full denture prosthesis, for determining the centric occlusion exactly, thirty-one cases using wax base or self-cure resin base were compared to determine the centric occlusion. The results showed that the two bases had no obvious difference in unabsorptive alveolar ridge and normal centric occlusion. The retention force and marginal, seal of self-cure resin base were better than wax bass in the absorptive alveolar ridge. The clinical application of both methods were also discussed.
