异位嗜铬细胞瘤24例临床分析

摘　　要：报告、分析了24例手术和病理证实的异位嗜铬细胞瘤,其中2例为多发性嗜铬细胞瘤,3例为恶性嗜铬细胞瘤。与肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞瘤相比较,异位嗜铬细胞中恶性肿瘤者较多。除膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤外,病人的临床表现与肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞瘤者相似。异位嗜铬细胞瘤的生化诊断无特殊,但定位困难。CT扫描联合超声波检查是异位嗜铬细胞瘤的最佳定位方法。Twenty-four cases of ectopic pheochromocytoma were reported and analysed. The diagnosis was verified by open operation and pathologic study in all cases. Of the 24 patients, 2 had multiple pheochromocytoma and 3 had malignant pheochro mocytoma. Incidence of malignancy was greater in ectopic pheochromocytoma as compared with pheochromocytoma of adrenal medulla. The clinical manifestations of these patients except the patients with vesical pheochromocytoma, were similar to those of the patients with pheochromocytoma ofadrenal medulla. Biochemial diagn osis of ectopic pheochromocytoma was not special, but localization was difficult. In combination with ultrasonography, CT scanning was the best reliable method for localization of ectopic pheochomocytoma.
