摘  要:本文应用疲劳断裂理论,通过对旧钢桥钢材性能和铆接中裂纹尖端应力强度因子的试验,研究了铁路旧铆接钢桥疲劳裂纹扩展寿命。由于旧铆接钢桥的使用应力水平较低,虽然材料的断裂韧性较差,但杆件中出现可见裂纹后,在其扩展至临界尺寸以前,杆件仍能承受相当多的荷载循环次数。这便说明旧铆接钢桥虽已使用了数十年以上,但仍有相当大的利用价值。Applying fatigue fracture theory to investigate the material properties of thebridge and the stress intensity factors of crack tip in riveted joints,the life of loder railwaysteel bridge on fatigue crack propagation is studied.The stress in older riveted bridge is lower. AIthough the fracture toughness of the materials is lower,the members of the bridge stillcan endure quite a number of load cycles from crack appeared to crack propagated to its critical size,It is shown that the older riveted bridges are still valuable in use,though it has beenused for several decades.
