摘　　要：20世纪 90年代以来的国际金融并购对国际金融体系产生了重要影响。对我国而言,它是一柄“双刃剑”,既为我们的金融发展提供了机遇,也对我国的金融安全产生了明显的消极影响。本文从分析 20世纪 90年代国际金融并购的原因与特点出发,对此次金融并购浪潮对我国金融安全的不利影响及我们应采取的相关对策进行了探讨。The international financial M&A has given an important impression on the international financial system since 1990s. As far China is concerned, the international financial M&A is a two-blade sword; it has brought opportunities as well as negative influence to China's financial industries. This paper analyzes the reasons and characteristics of the international financial M&A since 1990s at first, and then it discusses its negative influence on China's financial security, at last some proposals are put forward to solve the problem.
